A documentation site

Documentation got its own home: a site with getting-started guides, a page-per-command CLI reference, concept explainers, and this changelog — statically driven from in-repo entries, with RSS and Atom feeds. Themed to match the dashboard, light and dark, with the product name resolved through the same branding seam as everything else.
